NC-SARA Board Meeting

The NC-SARA Board will meet May 8-9, 2019 at the Westin Hotel, Denver International Airport. The Board will begin its meeting with a working lunch at 11:30 a.m. on May 8 and will work through the afternoon to consider numerous agenda items. May 9 will be devoted to the Board’s selection of my successor as President/CEO of NC-SARA; those discussions will be held in executive/closed session.
Agenda materials the Board will consider are available HERE. The Board will be provided updates on status of the SARA initiative and will consider modifications to the NC-SARA Bylaws (mission statement and board member selection), the proposed FY 2020 budget for NC-SARA, modifications to the SARA Manual, and other matters as specified on the agenda.
