We understand that SARA is a complex topic. To support understanding of SARA Policy, NC-SARA has created an overview of common misconceptions. This new document, Busting the Myths About SARA, is now available on the NC-SARA Fast Facts webpage (a text-only version is also available). It clarifies five common myths about SARA, with key facts that address each. It also includes ample resources to further learn about each topic. We hope this new resource will promote a better understanding of how SARA works to ensure student consumer protections and the central role of the states.
