Andrea joined NC-SARA as a Human Resources Consultant in May 2026, supporting all aspects of the organization’s human resources function. She also partners with other nonprofits in the higher education policy and advocacy space, helping mission-driven teams strengthen people practices and organizational effectiveness. Prior to her consulting work, Andrea served as Director of Human Resources at The Education Trust, where she supported HR strategy and operations. Earlier in her career, she worked in executive search at Isaacson, Miller, helping mission-based organizations identify and recruit leadership talent.

Andrea is passionate about supporting an organization’s most valuable asset—its people. She values serving as a trusted partner to staff and leaders, connecting them with the resources, information, and guidance needed to foster engagement, growth, and a positive workplace experience.

Outside of work, Andrea is an avid yogi, dog-lover, skier, and outdoor enthusiast. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University.
