New Edition of State Authorization Book is Available

A new edition of State Authorization of Colleges and Universities (Alan Contreras, Editor) is now available, superseding the 2017 edition. The new edition includes updated sections on federal regulations through early 2020 by Russ Poulin and Cheryl Dowd, a revised section on professional licensure issues by Sharyl Thompson and a new section on SARA.
Legal citations related to state authorization issues are updated, including a major new federal case on religious exemptions. This book, often called the SAN Blue Book, is a joint publication of the WCET State Authorization Network and Oregon Review Books. Order from Amazon or local bookstores.
