Newly Updated State Authorization Guide

The latest update to the State Authorization Guide (the Guide) has just been completed and is ready for your use!
The Guide is a collection of state laws, regulations, and requirements for institutions serving out-of-state students maintained by NC-SARA. Since 2011, when the State Higher Education Executive Officers Association (SHEEO) began this compilation of state authorization and compliance information, the Guide has been a useful and freely available resource for institutions across the country.
