Newly Updated State Authorization Guide

We are pleased to announce that the latest update to the State Authorization Guide (the Guide) has just been completed, and it includes a reconfigured format for easier use. The Guide is a collection of state laws, regulations, and requirements for institutions serving out-of-state students maintained by NC-SARA. Since 2011, when the State Higher Education Executive Officers Association (SHEEO) began this compilation of state authorization and compliance information, the Guide has been a useful and freely available resource for institutions across the country. Thank you to the agencies in each state and territory for completing the surveys to provide updated information for the Guide!
