Search Opens for Next NC-SARA President

The NC-SARA Board has made available information about its search for the next President and CEO of NC-SARA. After five and a half years with NC-SARA, Marshall Hill has announced his retirement from that position, effective July, 2019.

NC-SARA has engaged AGB Search to support its search, with Ted Marchese serving as principal consultant. The search prospectus, with information about the position, desired qualifications and the search process, is available here.

NC-SARA provides a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. Forty-nine states (all but California), the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are members; about 1,900 colleges and universities participate.
