NC-SARA is excited to bring you the Tuesday Topics Webinars for SPEs! Designed to explore topics requested by SPEs, these sessions will be held periodically (not on a fixed date or schedule). This valuable webinar series is being offered in lieu of the SPE Summit historically held during the winter months. Tuesday Topics webinars will begin at 10 A.M. Mountain Time on the dates listed below. Each session will not exceed two hours.

Registration Open Now – March Tuesday Topics!

Join us for a special Tuesday Topics webinar designed specifically for SARA State Portal Entity (SPE) staff! This session will provide essential information regarding the handling of SARA student complaints and offer timely updates from NC-SARA.

The first portion of the webinar will be dedicated to a comprehensive review of SARA student complaints, providing an in-depth exploration of the various categories of complaints and the process for submission. This submission process was created with valuable feedback from the Complaints Working Group. This working group’s purpose is to provide direction in the implementation of SARA policy effective January 1, 2026, to expand complaints data collection. Additionally, we will review supplementary resources for SPE staff, including an online learning course and a comprehensive complaints guide designed to support your work.

The second part of the webinar will feature other organizational updates from NC-SARA staff, including the latest developments regarding the strategic planning process currently underway and critical information on data reporting.

This webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM MT (The session will not exceed two hours). Registration is open!
