Effective January 16, 2024, the SARA Policy Modification Process Portal is open for proposed modifications to SARA Policy.

The deadline for submitting proposals is February 2, 2024.

Individuals or organizations wishing to submit proposals to modify SARA Policy are encouraged to review the information about the SARA Policy Modification Process – including a calendar of key dates for 2024 – prior to submitting a proposal.

In addition to the steps and dates listed on the calendar, the 2024 cycle will include a SARA Policy Public Forum. The date for the public forum will be added to the calendar once it is confirmed (after the proposal submission period ends).

We will provide updates throughout the year about specific steps and key dates in the 2024 SARA Policy Modification Process cycle and look forward to your engagement in this important process!
