Join the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) and the State Authorization Network (SAN) to review institutional responsibilities when offering programs that lead to a professional license or certification. Discussions will include the Federal regulations for all institutions to certify the institution satisfies state educational requirements where the institution is located and location of distance education students as well as required public and direct disclosures for the programs to be eligible for Title IV aid. Additionally, we will discuss state agency coordination regarding program approvals and SARA Policy responsibilities to provide disclosures as directed by Federal regulation.
